Math - 4th Grade

Math is taught by grade level in both large and small groupings. We use a variety of resources and teachers have all been trained in the Making Math Real approach. Students use manipulatives and online resources to enhance their learning.

  • Multiplication: single and double digit multipliers, factors, and multiples
  • Long division: single and double digit divisors
  • Measurement: area, perimeter, and volume
  • Time and money
  • Fractions: equivalent fractions, adding and subtracting, mixed numbers
  • Decimals: equivalencies, comparing, ordering, adding, subtracting
  • Geometry: lines, rays, angles, polygons, symmetry, measuring angles
  • Patterns, expressions, equations
